We at the CTK look for tasteful and style twists to present non-traditional dishes. Our grilled cucumber and prosciutto salad combines the sweet grilled bitternes that is derived from grilled-carmalized Radichio, along with the roast char flavor of seasoned cucumber and prosciutto. This salad pairs up nicely with beef and its a great way to incorporate a side vegetable which adds a contrasting flavor without over powering the palate.

Pesto Encrusted Lamb Roast with Potatoes
We have said it before, and we will say it again… There is nothing like roasted meat from the fire to dine on. The winner in this meat challenge will always be hands down….Lamb Baby!
The leg of lamb roast with roasted potatoes recipe we posted tonight under Main Dishes is such a versatile recipe. This meat choice lends itself to the flavors you enjoy most. Best of all, there is no need for gravy nor none of that fake mint green jelly…enjoy this meat in all of its simplest glory. The pesto and spice rub provides a nice crust, cooked to a perfect 140°F, the juices drizzle over the potatoes and onions, oh…our mouths are watering now.
So from our well perfumed kitchen to yours, enjoy this dinner or as the say in the home country
