Some 4,000 years, Greek Cuisine has influenced and been influenced by the cultures that have traversed and stayed in Greece and its Islands.  Traditionally influenced by the seasons, entrees have made use of the produce and stock supported by the regional locations throughout Greece.

Herein this section our Head Chicken Thief, provides recipes influenced by his Greek roots and twisted by his experiences with other cultural culinary treats through his wanderings.  Whether it be stocks from the land (lamb, chicken, pork, wild game), or the sea (fish, shell fish, calamari, etc.), enhanced by the produce from the land (olives, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, green beans, and other vegetables, lemons, herbs,  etc.), these twists on traditions are sure to help bring the family to the table.
